Black lacquer Mother of pearl cabinet  is always the trademark of chinese traditional handmade furniture. The background of the cabinet is painted in black lacquer with drawings of gold landscape design and then pieces of mother of pearl figurines are embossed on the front and on the side of the cabinet to give it a 3 dimension effect. The top of the cabinet is painted in gold and silver design.  Clear lacquered finish for that distinctive  glossy look.
