Inlaid mother of pearl plaques are trademark of vietnamese products. This labour intensive crafts involved cutting out small pieces mother of pearl and inlaying on a panel. A few layers of lacquer are then applied and polished until a high gloss finished has been achieved resulting in a stunning exquisite work of art.
