Shopping with us Our products are available to UK customer only. For highland Scotland and Northern Ireland please email for the delivery quotations Order online with confidence using our shopping cart. The Oriental Shop makes every effort to ensure your card transactions are safe and that your personal information is secure. Payments are taken through a secure server to which no unauthorised persons have any access. Your payment details will be deleted from the server once we have processed the order. We are committed to protect your privacy and will not passed or sell your personal detail to any third parties. Payment We accept most credit cards and debit cards. Give us a call if you like to pay by cheques. We only process your payment when we know the goods are stock and are ready for delivery in a few days.  Multiple Orders Multiple orders of 2 items from the same categories,will just be one delivery charge. Please place your order as normal and we will manually adjust your payment once we received your order and let you know via email the adjusted amount you going to pay. You can rely on us to save you money on your purchase. Alternatively just give us a ring with your order and we will do all the calculations and stock checkings. Free delivery for spending over £600.00 Free gift for spending over £100.00 ( you will received it by post wiith your receipt) Stock availablities Most of the product listed on the site are in stock,but sometime popular item may get sold out and could be on its way in the next container. When that happened we will inform you by phone or email. You payment will not be processed while you wait for the next container to arrive. Delivery of heavy goods item Delivery of our furniture is by couriors. Goods are picked up from our supplier warehouse to the couriors depot and then will be transfer overnight to another warehouse near your area where is sorted for doorstep delivery . This is a standard delivery which can take up to 2 to 3 days and the delivery time is between 8.30am to 5.00 pm. You are not able to specify morning or afternoon delivery but you can specify the date you like to receive your goods so you can make arrangement for someone to be at home to sign for the goods. The driver will carry the boxes from the van to your doorstep, but he is not authorised to carry goods into your home. Please let us know if you live in high rise building or in an area which has difficulties for the courior to deliver your goods. If the driver is unable to deiiver then he has to return the goods back to warehouse and in this case you will incur a outward and forward delivery charges. It is also important when you signed for the goods, please signed it as " UNCHECKED" just in case we need to claim damaged goods from the courior. Light weight items Small light weight items are usually delivered by post office which takes 3 to 4 days. Special Delivery Special delivery by courior for specific time and date can be arranged. Prices start from £60.00 for small items. Personnel delivery for a driver with van to deliver goods to your home and packages taking away, please call for quotations. Delivery to Highlands Delivery of furniture to highland scotland and northern Ireland please ask for quotations. Prices start from £105.00 Return and refund Please let us know of any damages within 7 working days and we will give you a full refund (cost of goods and delivery charges). We also required photographic evidence the extend of the damages. We will make arrangements for the goods to be collected and then process the refunds. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchases, please contact us within seven days of receiving your goods, and provided they are returned in their original box with thick layers of polytherene we will give you a full refund excluding the delivery charge. Refunds will be processed once the returned goods have been checked. The Oriental Shop and the dedicated team of handlers will always do our upmost to ensure all deliveries are on schedule but Please note unforseen circumstances may arises beyond our control therefore delivery date might have to be rearranged for next day or your next available convenient date.
